Our Closest neighbours is URS (United republic states), and NP (Newport)
I want a war so we can test out the military and war side of the game.... But It would be great if i can get some common stuff such as barracks for soldiers as they recuperate more than nothing......

2 thoughts:
A) Do we have any intel on our neighbors and how strong they are compared to us? Could we ally with one of the larger nations and double team one of the weaker?
B) Do we have different ministers in charge of different kinds of information/production? Such as agriculture, consumer, weapons, military training, etc.?

I was waiting to hear back from Eagle nation about an alliance, but they Nate sparks internet was down so he never replied.

well I am on every day as long as i have internet. But. I am broke. so best i can do is mine, sell and make ql1 prefabs. well i could if i could sell stuff lol. crap market atm. earthcorp keeps lowering prices.

So is it possible for us to divide the labor? If we had the starting capitol would it be possible to let Rimshot own a company or two in mining and metallurgy while someone else takes weapons and another takes luxury goods, etc? If we have so few people would it be wise to start organizing them and making ourselves more self-sufficient?
Or better yet, use our low numbers to our advantage? Trading products to other nations in exchange for something else, thus forming a stronger basis for an alliance?

Well, I have a company with a Q1 mine and Q1 factory in Tolnendra, I could produce steel or whatever, but no one is working there :)Maybe I'm offering too little... I run out of money so I'm working for my competitor (Illirian Helix) now

Have we considered temporarily consolidating cities into one? That way we can all work for our companies as needed and properly defend?

We have progressed one month into the game and we still have unreliable markets with production disruptions.
Part of the reasons is that we have very few active players - we have only 5-10 workers for each key skill with skill level above 10.
Other part of the reasons is lack of organization.
So we need to concentrate on key products and have them produced in enough quantities in each city (have sufficient production both in Tolnedra and Nil)
The key products are: Q1 food, Q1 cellphones, Q1 repair kits, Q1 exercise balls for military
So in each city we need to have enough farms, offices and factories to produce those goods above.
Enough means that competition is high enough to force prices of those goods fall to the following levels:
Q1 food below 14 Ac
Q1 cellphones below 125 Ac
Q1 repair kits below 1530 Ac
Q1 exercise balls below 330 Ac
These can only be achieved if we reduce industrial goods they are made of and raw materials used in the production to the following levels:
In production of food:
Fruits, Grain and Meat below 1.60 Ac
In production of cellphones:
Electronics 18 Ac
Plastic 8 Ac
with raw materials (Silica and Oil) below 1.60 Ac
In production of repair kits:
Bricks 6 Ac
Glass 12 Ac
Steel 8 Ac
and raw materials:
Timber, Clay, Silica, Iron 1.60 Ac
In production of Exercise balls:
Electronics 18 Ac
Plastic 8 Ac
Rubber 8 Ac
Steel 8 Ac
with raw materials (Silica, Oil, Iron) below 1.60 Ac

as worker skills go up the targeted prices will be revised downward.
to achieve these targets faster we should specialize - one player should develop one worker skill only. Have in mind that he will only do it if other goods (he can not produce efficiently himself) are priced low enough (otherwise he still will jump from one skill to the other to produce everything by himself)
