Important! IRC meeting

As per the recent notice in the Estarion State paper there will a meeting for all citizens of Estarion in the near future.

Meeting: I am planning to have a country wide meeting within the next few days.
I am unsure about the timing, as I dont know where most of us are from, I am willing to stay up a night to
accompany the timings of people located in Europe and North and south America. Just write in the comments
your timezone, and Ill work it out in my next article according to Worldalpha time. This will be the time for Citizens
of Estarion to shout out what YOU want.

A number of messages have also been sent out to all citizens in Estarion who are level 5 or above informing them of this meeting and to get in touch with Estarion leadership.
